What is it?
The Endress+Hauser Proline Promag P 300 is an advanced electromagnetic flowmeter designed for precise measurement of corrosive liquids at high temperatures. This flowmeter is ideally suited for demanding chemical and process applications where reliability, durability, and accuracy are essential. Its measuring system is unaffected by fluctuations in pressure, temperature, density, or viscosity, ensuring stable and repeatable results. Thanks to its compact design, remote-mountable display, and extensive communication capabilities, the Promag P 300 can be easily integrated into both existing and new installations.

How does it work?
The Promag P 300 operates using the electromagnetic measuring principle, where the voltage induced by a conductive fluid flowing through a magnetic field is directly proportional to the flow rate. This bidirectional method is non-intrusive, highly reliable, and free of moving parts. The device is equipped with a transmitter featuring Heartbeat Technology, enabling continuous self-diagnostics and process monitoring without interrupting operation. This allows for better planning of preventive maintenance and minimizes downtime.
