Terms and conditions of delivery

All offers, assignments, and deliveries to or from Neohance are subject to the general terms and conditions of the FHI (Federation of Technology Branches). An up-to-date version of our general terms and conditions of delivery can be downloaded directly via this link.

All purchase orders placed by Neohance B.V. are subject to the FHI (Federation of Technology Branches) general purchasing conditions, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing with Neohance B.V.

The supplier's standard terms and conditions, as stated in, for example, the supplier's general terms and conditions or the supplier's order confirmation, do not apply unless explicitly and in writing accepted by Neohance B.V.

The supplier's general terms and conditions or any part thereof should never be construed as implicit acceptance on the part of Neohance B.V., whether or not explicitly rejected. Likewise, Neohance B.V.'s payment for a delivery will not be considered as implicit acceptance of the supplier's general terms and conditions.
