Managing Director Fausto Tumolo founded his first company in instrumentation, engineering, and automation in 2004, building two decades of hands-on experience across complex projects, long-term partnerships, and highly skilled teams. That expertise is the foundation Neohance is built on.
Driven by the ambition to combine engineering expertise with a more sustainable and future-oriented approach, Neohance was founded. The company was built to deliver innovative solutions prioritizing environmental responsibility, long-term value and efficiency.
With its first team members spanning Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations, Neohance grew into a multidisciplinary team from day one.
Neohance strengthened its engineering capabilities with the addition of a Technical Director. Strategic partnerships began to take shape, expanding the company's network and laying the foundation for future growth and innovation.
As the company expanded, Neohance established valuable collaborations with industry-leading organizations including Sensitron, Rivertrace, S&SYS (Samsung), Honeywell, Rockwell, and M.A.C. System Solutions and other key technology partners.
Neohance reached a major milestone with the establishment of its U.S. entity, Neohance Inc. marking the beginning of its international presence. The company also achieved important ISO 9001 and VCA** certifications, reinforcing its commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. At the same time, Neohance significantly expanded its engineering team, strengthening its technical expertise and capacity to support customers across increasingly complex projects.
Neohance launched its online webshop, expanded its sales team, and continued to strengthen its market presence. The company also secured significant international projects across the maritime and energy sectors , including work in UAE, Egypt, Panama, Turkey, China, and the Netherlands.
