Vincenzo holds a BSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. As Chief Operating Officer of Neohance, he oversees daily operations, improves internal processes, and supports the company’s strategic growth. His background in business and interest in technology help him turn Neohance’s ambitions into effective execution.

With over 16 years of international experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, and analysis equipment, he brings strong technical and operational expertise to Neohance. His background includes hardware, software, calibration, and service management, supporting reliable solutions and efficient technical operations.

With a BSc in International Business Administration and armed with years of valuable sales experience, her passion for people, and a deep enthusiasm for innovation and technology, she has found her calling at Neohance. 

With over 18 years of technical experience, Kay has worked on complex projects in 50+ countries. He holds a NEN 3140 certification and has been trained by leading brands. He brings in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on field expertise, and a fresh perspective that is of great value to both our team and our clients.

With an MSc in Marketing from Erasmus University Rotterdam and years of valuable experience in the field, her passion for creativity, strategic thinking, and digital innovation drives her work as a Junior Marketer, where she continuously seeks fresh ways to engage audiences and enhance brand impact.

With a Master’s in Marketing from Erasmus University and a Bachelor’s in Commerce and Marketing, she brings five years of experience in sales, account management, and strategy, specializing in lead qualification, consultative selling, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle optimization to drive revenue growth, account expansion, and retention.

With a degree in Foreign Trade and currently pursuing a postgraduate program in Operations Management, he brings over four years of experience in maritime services and international logistics, specializing in operations coordination, project support, and process optimization to improve efficiency, performance, and operational workflows in fast-paced international environments.

With extensive hands-on experience in electrical engineering, maritime systems, and technical service, Evert brings a strong background in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, measurement, alarm, fire, flame, and gas detection systems. His practical experience with complex maritime and industrial installations makes him a valuable addition to the service team.

With over 10 years of experience in sales coordination and contract administration, Jagruti supports Neohance’s sales operations by managing quotations, orders and deliveries. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers and internal teams, contributing to efficient processes and reliable customer service.

With over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, Peter brings extensive expertise in marine automation, field service and technical support to Neohance. Based in Panama, he specializes in troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning of marine automation systems, strengthening Neohance’s service capabilities across Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States.

Jehu is our cheerful Pomeranian and the sunshine of the office. With his playful personality and sharp bark, he keeps the team on their toes and brings a smile to everyone’s face. His duties include brightening up colleagues’ days, welcoming visitors, and keeping a watchful eye over his favorite spots in the office.
