About the role
The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for independently managing commercial and order-related activities for the existing customer base. This is a fully inside-focused role with no outbound or cold acquisition responsibilities.
The position combines commercial ownership with operational coordination and covers the full commercial process from quotation through order processing to delivery coordination. Acting as the primary commercial interface between customers, engineering, and management, the Inside Sales Engineer ensures clarity, continuity, and reliability in day-to-day commercial operations.

As a Project Engineer Industrial Automation & Instrumentation, you are responsible for the complete technical execution and coordination of projects. You combine hands-on tasks with project management, both nationally and internationally.
MBO+/HBO in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Automation
Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in industrial or maritime projects
Willingness to travel internationally
Independent, proactive, and customer-oriented
Good command of Dutch and English
In possession of a category B driving license and VCA-VOL, or willing to obtain
