Valcom T72 Pressure Series

What is it?

The T72 Series is a line of smart electronic transmitters designed for precise measurement of pressure, vacuum and liquid level. They feature a 4–20 mA output combined with HART® digital communication, and each sensor is individually calibrated with its own seal to ensure consistent accuracy in demanding environments.

Where is it used?

These transmitters are commonly used in industrial plants, marine installations and offshore platforms where reliable pressure and level monitoring is essential. They are suitable for applications in sectors such as chemical processing, oil and gas, wastewater treatment, food and beverage and general manufacturing.

How does it work?

The T72 measures process pressure or liquid head pressure through a calibrated sensor, converts it into a 4–20 mA signal and communicates digitally through the HART® protocol. Configuration and adjustments can be done remotely using any HART-compatible communicator. The device can be installed directly on pipes or tanks, or mounted on a wall when used with remote seals and capillary systems.
