Aging components, limited spare-parts availability, and changing operational requirements created the need for a modern, maintainable, and fully integrated safety system.
Our Scope
Neohance is responsible for the complete modernization of the vessel’s gas detection infrastructure, including:
Gas Mapping and System Integration
Our engineering team will assess the areas where gas accumulation may occur and optimize detector placement to improve coverage, reduce potential blind spots, and support faster detection.
The new system will be integrated into the existing Rockwell Automation platform, enabling centralized monitoring, real-time gas concentration data, alarm management, event logging, and system diagnostics.
Complete Project Responsibility
Neohance serves as the single point of responsibility throughout the project, covering engineering, gas mapping, system design, automation integration, installation support, testing, and commissioning.
The modernization supports safer operations, improved system visibility, easier maintenance, and greater long-term reliability onboard the FSU Cap Lopez.
