The SMART PFM continuously monitors particulates in the process fluid using Rivertrace’s advanced photo-optical measuring cell. With intelligent optical algorithms, it distinguishes between oil droplets, air or gas bubbles, and solid particles from 1–500 microns.

Real-time data, including oil concentration, pressure, temperature, and alarm status, are shown on a 7” HD touchscreen. All readings, alarms, and fault logs are stored to meet IMO MEPC.107(49) requirements and can be easily downloaded via LAN or USB.
