Scope of Application

This transmitter offers unparalleled reliability, accuracy, and long-term stability in critical processes. The remotely configurable transmitter transmits and monitors converted signals from RTD sensors and thermocouples, as well as resistance and voltage signals using HART®, FOUNDATION Fieldbus™, or PROFIBUS® PA communication. The signals are visualized on the built-in display with backlighting. The process housing optionally allows for a direct connection in extreme process environments and hygienic applications.

- HART® protocol for converting various input signals to a scalable analog 4-20 mA output signal. Operation of the transmitter with handhelds Field Xpert SFX350/370, field communicator 475, or remotely via PC.

- PROFIBUS® PA Profile 3.02.
- Optional: stainless steel housing for hygienic or Ex d applications.
