The PL4+ represents the most cost-effective solution for the detection of flammable substances, toxic substances, and oxygen levels in small systems.

This panel offers 4 analog 4-20 mA inputs, expandable to 8 using a 4-input expansion module, easily connected directly to the device. The control panel comes complete with 5 relays, one for each threshold value (AL1, AL2, AL3), 1 for fault (FLT), and 1 programmable.

The expansion board ST.PL4/ESP provides 4 additional inputs and 16 electric open-collector outputs.

The LCD display provides accurate indication of the measured gas concentration and alarm thresholds. LEDs for mode status offer visual indication for alarm levels, fault, and power on. An internal buzzer provides an audible alarm with a reset capability at the front of the panel.

The ABS housing of the PL4+ is rated IP65 and can accommodate an additional 12 VDC, 7Ah battery to ensure it continues to operate correctly during power outages. The PL4+ is SIL1 and ATEX certified according to EN60079-29-1.
