Crowcon Gas-Pro PID

The Gas-Pro PID gas detector gives you full flexibility to monitor a wide range of gas types and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), perfect for environments with high solvent use. Offering both pumped and diffusion solutions, the Gas-Pro PID offers multiple uses within one compact detector, making it suitable across a wide range of applications.

When working in environments with high in levels of solvents, glues, paints and general volatile organic compounds (VOCs), keeping a close eye on your exposure, gas build up and any potential leaks is vital.

The Gas-Pro PID VOC monitor uses Photo Ionization Detection (PID) technology to allow you to detect hundreds of VOCs, monitoring your safety. With its dual-coloured display, the monitor will alert the user with its 95db audible alarm and its dual-coloured visual alarm bars, so you can respond quickly when it counts.

Crowcon’s PID works with a 10.6 electron volt lamp. This sensor is the most stable sensor on the market, providing detection of a wide range of VOCs. The sensor has an internal UV light source, which the gas sample passes through. An electron is released for gases with an ionization potential of 10.6.
